Mind & Body Atelier

Client Policies

Professional Boundaries

Mind & Body Atelier is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client and practitioner. Inappropriate language, harassment, discrimination, intoxication, or requests of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session, full payment for the scheduled appointment, permanent refusal of future services, and, when appropriate, notification of law enforcement.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our highest priorities. Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a fever, flu-like symptoms, a contagious illness, or any condition that may make treatment unsafe or inappropriate. If you are unsure whether treatment is advisable, please contact us before your appointment.

Our Commitment

Every client deserves exceptional care delivered with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and respect. Whether your goal is recovery, resilience, improved performance, or overall wellness, we are committed to providing personalized care that supports your journey and helps you achieve your long-term goals.

Treatment Expectations

Services may be provided by one or more licensed professionals within Mind & Body Atelier, depending on your treatment goals and the nature of the services requested. Our collaborative approach ensures clients receive care from practitioners qualified in their respective fields.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and notifying their practitioner of any changes in medical history, medications, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or physical limitations before each appointment. Open communication allows us to provide the safest and most effective care possible.
